2007 has been an exciting year for Katie, including several highly successful overseas tours and the production of her debut jazz album.
In June she was in Hong Kong, playing the Blue Door, Le Rideau and the Foreign Correspondents Club, to name but a few. She has already been invited back for a repeat visit in mid-2008.
During the summer she completed her first jazz album, "Whatever" which you can order from this site. August saw her in Paris followed by a brief tour of Tuscany, taking in Florence, Siena and Milan. She will be back!
In early autumn her musical travels took her to Boston and Greece while all the time she has been establishing a regular footprint on the UK scene with several weekend residencies. She was delighted to be invited to play at the recent re-opening of the revamped St Pancras Station in London.
The year drew to a close with an exciting visit to Thailand, first Bangkok then some spectacular Christmas celebration gigs in top hotels in Phuket, including the Chedi and the Sheraton Laguna, followed by a rush back to London for that all-important New Year's Eve show in the West End.
In 2007 Katie has also been developing her dance band, Red Dog, which is now playing regularly in London.
